What you need
The current console and recording workflow targets Windows. Install a suitable .NET 10 SDK and the required runtime dependencies. Prepare Ollama or LM Studio and an installed model; tool and scenario features require a tool-capable model. Optional narration uses a separate Kokoro model. Real video exports also require FFmpeg.
Build the console
